Blind Veterans UK helps those who have served our country recover their independence and discover a life beyond sight loss. They are holding a skydive in partnership with the Red Devils Parachute Regiment in Nottingham on 1 September 2015. Experience the adrenaline rush of a tandem skydiving with the best in the business while raising money for Blind Veterans UK who are celebrating their centenary this year.
The Red Devils are one of the World’s most famous parachute display teams and the official parachute display team for both the Parachute Regiment (‘The PARAS’) and the British Army. Blind Veterans UK is now in its one hundredth year but their ethos has never changed. They have always believed that no one who has served our country should battle blindness alone. That’s why they are there to help with lifelong practical and emotional support which they provide to Armed Forces and National Service veterans regardless of when they served or how they lost their sight.
